Planning Packages

Choose from one of our four different packages. You’re more than welcome to arrange an appointment to come and view our products in our Napier office – just contact us to make a time.

We also offer a customised service (see below).

Bronze service

The DIY option, you collect the hired goods from our office in Napier (or we can courier them out to you) and hire them over a 3 – 4 day period.

Silver service

The hired goods are delivered to your venue the day before your event. You set them up and return them within two days after the event.

Another option, you collect them, set them up and we will collect the hired goods. Hired goods to be packed in boxes ready for collection. (extra $30.00 in the Hawkes Bay area for this service).

Gold service

Includes delivery and set up of hired goods. You return them within two days after the event (add an extra $1 per chair cover for this service).

This service is available in Hawkes bay area only.

Diamond service

We do it all, includes delivery, set up, undressing of chairs and collection of hired goods (add an extra $1.50 per chair cover for this service).

Custom wedding package

Below are some of the services we offer, but because each wedding is unique bring your wishes to us, and we can put together a package that is suited just for you!

  • Free consultation and design
  • Ongoing consultation with clients, via email, phone or in person
  • Venue search and coordination
  • Assist with selection of theme i.e. style and colour for the wedding
  • We research, propose, manage and co-ordinate suppliers
  • Preparation of the wedding day making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Assist with accommodation bookings for out of town guests
